Shipping Information
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional time for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
• 1–3 business days to central areas
• +1–2 extra days for rural or remote locations
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
- All charges imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damages
- We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once printing has begun. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a product has been printed.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all uploaded files are accurate, complete, and free of errors before submitting an order. This includes, but is not limited to, spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, colors, and image quality.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the correctness of the submitted files and approves them for printing.
